  • Faye's Couture is a handmade customization shop. Each order is created by individual's body measurement. Therefore, we Do Not accept any return nor exchange. 
  • Please leave your due date, waist and hip measurement at "Leave a note at your order" at check out page in inches or cm. 
  • Creation Period is 2-3 weeks in regular season, 2-5 weeks in busy season like EDC and Halloween. 
  • We take "Rush Order" if customers need early delivery. The fee for rush order is $40-$100
  • Express Shipping :$15-$45 
  • We accept Customize Request to design a of looks. Design fee is $50
  • Lights add on: $20-$45
  • We accept Non-Refundable deposit and split payment to star early production process. The Outfit will be sent on the day of the completion of the full payment. 
  • US Domestic is FREE Shipping with minimum $150 orders. 
  • International order shipping takes between 2-4 weeks, and we are not responsible for any lost or misplacement with international order.
